Join the University of Winnipeg as an Online Instructor for its Winter Access Education program. Teach the Introduction to University course and impact student learning in an online format.
The University of Winnipeg seeks qualified candidates for its Contract Academic Staff position in Access Education. This role involves teaching the online MULT- course starting December 10, 2026, with 12 classes scheduled. You will engage with about 20 students, drawing from your expertise and prior teaching experience. A Master’s degree is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead an engaging and interactive course online
• Prepare lessons and assess student performance
• Support student engagement and participation
• Maintain communication with all enrolled students
• Ensure a respectful and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• Relevant Master’s degree required
• Preferred experience in college or university education
• Excellent online teaching and communication skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Focus on equity and inclusion in coursework
