Position: Summer Internship for Youth at Westview
Engage with children and youth this summer at Westview Baptist Church in London. As an intern, you will lead activities and support summer events in a friendly church community.

The internship is designed for students aged 15 to 30 and runs for 35 hours weekly, starting June 23rd for eight weeks. Ideal candidates are studying areas relevant to children or youth work. You will help organize summer camp, lead discussions, and create media presentations to enhance community events and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead church summer camp activities

• Guide and mentor volunteers during summer events

• Assist with youth and children's service activities

• Lead discussions and Sunday morning classes

• Create media content to promote activities

Requirements:

• Aged between 15 to 30 years old

• Completed Police Vulnerable Sector Check if over 18

• Preferred background in child/youth studies

• Reliable internet access for possible remote work

• First Aid and CPR training is an asset
