Midday Supervisory Assistant

We are looking for Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team here at Skegness Junior Academy!

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Midday Supervisor to join our SJA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of pupils during lunchtime, supervising them in the dining hall, playground, and other school areas. Key duties include managing pupil behaviour, assisting with any issues or conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 11:45am - 1:00pm, term time only.

We are looking for candidates who:

• have experience of working with children,
• have a flexible approach and ability to be part of a team,
• hold a First Aid Qualification (not essential as training can be provided).
