In this contractor role, you will leverage 3+ years of instructional design experience and a one-year certificate in Instructional Design. Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Technical Content Supervisor while working remotely from home in Canada. Your goal will be to produce engaging learning products and documentation that meet stakeholder expectations and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply instructional design theories and practices

• Collaborate with SMEs on learning critical knowledge

• Develop storyboards and instructional scripts

• Perform quality control checks on deliverables

• Re-work complex technical content into learning materials

Requirements:

• 3+ years instructional design experience

• Certificate in Instructional Design or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
