peopleworth is seeking a Student Success Manager (Maternity Cover Contract) to support learners throughout their professional learning journey in a digital education environment. You will be the primary contact from onboarding to completion, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and successful outcomes.
You will collaborate with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches, conduct 1:1 and group sessions across time zones, and drive continuous improvement based on learner feedback.
