Where You'll Make an Impact:- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to Grade 10‑12 students, ensuring adherence to the CAPS Curriculum – FET Business Studies
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that leverage technology to create compelling online learning experiences
- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive online course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback to foster academic success
- Facilitate interactive, collaborative online learning environments that promote student engagement
- Stay informed about the latest trends in education and online teaching methodologies to continuously improve instructional quality
- Maintain clear, professional communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student wellbeing
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and adapt to evolving educational technologies
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in Business Studies at secondary level
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve measurable goals
- Strong assessment and curriculum development skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging and effective online lessons
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and online teaching platforms
- Experience with SACAI
- Prior experience in online education or remote teaching environments
