Position: Manager of Academic Logistics - Hybrid Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Academic Logistics, you will be key in improving academic logistics across campuses. You will work closely with academic leadership to streamline processes based on data insights and enrollment trends.

Your role will directly impact faculty and student experiences by optimizing resource allocation and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop standardized workflows for curriculum delivery

• Collaborate on faculty resource deployment and workload planning

• Support instructional capital plan development based on program needs

• Analyze financial reports and monitor budget adherence

• Enhance operational tools for academic logistics improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree with relevant qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in operations or administration in education

• Experience with FLAC processes and academic scheduling

• Strong analytical skills with MS Excel and data systems
