At 2 Hour Learning, we've developed a system in which students achieve twice the learning in only two hours per day. AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a fundamental shift from traditional classroom design produce these results. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now need a leader who can align execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a model rooted in sound learning science.

This is not a theoretical academic position. It's a leadership charge. You'll direct the academic strategy in action, establish precise standards, surface execution shortfalls, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve tangible outcomes. You'll convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and champion this model on a global stage.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivation architectures, and application development.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results-driven.
• Integrating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensuring strategic alignment via planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning at executive levels, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence systemic transformation in educational thinking.

• Working on isolated curriculum initiatives that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.
• Handing off performance accountability to mid-level managers or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional reputation or academic theory to convince skeptical audiences.

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and serving as the public representative of a movement founded on rigorous science and demonstrated results.

• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisions
• Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.
• Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)
• Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting

2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
