We are searching for experienced math tutors with a solid grasp of the Ontario curriculum for grades 9 to 12, including critical topics like Calculus. Candidates should either hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a BEd while possessing prior tutoring or teaching experience in Ontario. The role provides an opportunity to inspire students and contribute to their academic journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver online tutoring in high school math
• Monitor and evaluate students’ math skill levels
• Collaborate with parents to customize learning plans
• Aid students with homework and learning challenges
• Mentor students in a supportive online environment
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and knowledgeable in math
• Bachelor’s degree or BEd completed/enrolled
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience required
• Expertise in Ontario’s math curriculum
• Must have computer with internet access
Guide students in mastering math concepts while enjoying the benefits of working from home.
