In this role, you’ll drive creative and forward‑thinking solutions while ensuring that all learning materials align with best practices and OES’s quality framework. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, proactively leveraging GenAI technologies to enhance your workflow and deliver top‑tier digital products.

- Deliver creative, practical solutions that meet client needs within project scope and deadlines.
- Apply advanced learning design knowledge to create technology‑enabled learning experiences that meet best practice standards.
- Ensure all learning materials align with OES’s quality framework and enhance learner engagement.
- Effectively engage with internal stakeholders to translate course blueprints into detailed course storyboards for seamless digital course development.
- Design instructionally sound and engaging online learning experiences by structuring content, creating activities, and integrating multimedia elements.
- Author directly on the LMS or support the learning technologist team in course building.
- Regularly collaborate with the production team to create course and video graphic guides in line with OES’s design principles.
- Support internal quality assurance processes, ensuring all design activities meet OES's standards.
- Proactively integrate and utilize GenAI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and innovation in course design.
- 5+ years of experience in online or blended learning design or a similar role.
- Strong consultancy and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in designing and developing courses for multiple LMSs (e.g., EdX, Canvas, Bridge, etc.).
- Proven ability to self‑motivate, work autonomously, and demonstrate leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
- Deep knowledge of best practices for online and blended learning design.
- Ability to coach peers and external stakeholders on best practices.
- A demonstrable interest in and understanding of agile L&D design and technology‑enhanced learning.
- Excellent attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented approach to learning design challenges.
