A primary supply teaching assistant provides adaptable classroom support across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Daily duties vary by assignment but typically include:

• 1:1 Pupil Support: Assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Autism (ASD) and Speech & Language delays.

• Small Group Interventions: Leading targeted learning activities in core subjects like literacy and numeracy.

• Classroom Management: Helping the primary class teacher prepare resources and manage pupil behaviour.

• Supervision: Ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment during classroom and break times.
