High School English Tutor Online - Ontario

We’re looking for enthusiastic tutors with a strong foundation in English and knowledge of the Ontario high school curriculum. A Bachelor's Degree or

B.Ed. is required. While expertise in additional subjects, like Science or Math, is great, it’s not a must.

Your role involves conducting online tutoring, assessing student abilities, and collaborating with parents to create effective academic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging online English tutoring tailored for high school students

• Assess and monitor student skill development

• Work with parents to formulate academic roadmaps

• Support students with homework and understanding new topics

• Be a mentor and relatable figure for students

Requirements:

• Proficient in English language

• Bachelor’s Degree or

B.Ed. in progress or completed

• Experience with tutoring or teaching in Ontario

• Familiarity with the Ontario curriculum

• Reliable computer setup with webcam and internet
