Ontario Physics Tutor - Remote Position

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join our team to mentor high school students in Physics through a fully remote setup. This tutoring role targets students in Grades 11 and 12 within the Ontario curriculum.

We are looking for passionate individuals who are either pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree or a BEd. Candidates should demonstrate strong familiarity with the Ontario high school Physics curriculum and have previous tutoring or teaching experience in Ontario.

Your role will include assessing student progress and creating tailored academic plans with involvement from parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online Physics tutoring sessions effectively

• Assess student skills and adjust teaching strategies

• Work with parents to establish academic success timelines

• Assist students with homework and learning tasks

• Be a mentoring presence that students can relate to

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or BEd required

• Previous tutoring experience in Ontario is essential

• Knowledge of the Ontario math curriculum is beneficial

• Must have a computer, webcam, and reliable internet

• Available for tutoring in the evenings and weekends
