Salary: Scale 4 £ 27,780.00 - £29,844.00

To provide a high quality cross‑college customer service focused provision, and support to learners in independent and collaborative study time. To maintain a user friendly and efficient learning environment. To work with learners individually and in groups, providing support for their learning, development, and progression.

Roles at Coleg y Cymoedd are campus based to support teaching, learner experience and service delivery. The postholder may request flexible working, including limited remote working, through the College's Flexible Working Process (a statutory day‑one right). Requests are considered individually based on role needs and service coverage.
