Conifer Realty is seeking a National Trainer to develop and deliver learning programs across our affordable housing portfolio. You will create onboarding paths, lead leasing and customer service trainings, and partner with leaders to align solutions with organizational goals.
Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of L&D experience, a relevant degree, and strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Teams and Canva. Some travel is required.
