Position: Hybrid K-12 PIE Teacher Role
Join Regent Christian Online Academy as a PIE Teacher, focusing on K-12 education in a hybrid work model. Engage students through innovative online and hands-on learning experiences.

At Regent Christian Online Academy, we are looking for dedicated educators for our Partners in Education (PIE) Teacher positions. You will lead onsite learning while guiding families in supporting their students' education s role emphasizes relational excellence, innovative pedagogy, and a commitment to our Christ-centred mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons for onsite days

• Design home-based activities and project assignments

• Work closely with families to personalize education

• Evaluate student progress based on project outcomes

• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff

Requirements:

• Valid B.C. Teacher certification required

• Commitment to RCAS’s Christian beliefs

• Experience in online or project-based learning is a plus

• Participation in professional development 3-4 times a year

• Strong interpersonal skills in building supportive relationships
