Paragon Skills is seeking a Trainee Tutor / Assessor for Residential Childcare / CYP. This remote-based role requires in-person learner observations, team meetings and 1:1s in the UK. Salary up to £28,500 with a 36.5 hour week and Mon-Fri schedule. The programme supports gaining AET & TAQA qualifications while coaching apprentices across the sector.
