We are looking for an Senior Leisure Assistant (zero hours contract) to join our team here at Stanground Academy!
Join our friendly and professional Sports Centre team and play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. As a Sports Centre Duty Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre, lead leisure attendants, ensure health and safety standards are maintained, manage pool testing and equipment set-up, and provide excellent customer service. This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about creating a positive environment where our community can enjoy sport, fitness, and leisure activities.
