Paragon Skills is seeking an experienced Workshop Tutor - Adult Care to deliver engaging, high-quality training for Adult Care apprentices remotely. Plan, prepare and run interactive workshops, supporting learners toward achievement and progression.
The role involves evening sessions about once per week, using digital tools to keep content compliant with industry standards. You will coach apprentices, contribute to curriculum development and build strong stakeholder relationships.
