Wiltshire Council is seeking an Education and Employment Adviser to support 16 to 18-year-olds in Wiltshire. You will help young people record education, employment and training outcomes, maintain participation records and follow up with families to prevent disengagement.
You will provide information, advice and practical support, manage a caseload and work with SEND, Youth Offending and Children in Care teams to coordinate effective support and progression.
