The Opportunity Provider is seeking an Adult Care Trainer to share expertise with apprentices and shape the future of care. You’ll travel around Essex and East London for on-site visits, with a flexible mix of home-based work and in-person coaching.
With a background as Care Manager or Deputy, you’ll design tailored learning plans, support learners online and in care homes, and collaborate with employers to monitor progress. A Level 5 in Adult Care and GCSE English/Maths are required.
