Location: Towcester and surrounding areas
Hours: School hours (Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced educator looking to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people?
TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated 1:1 Tutors to deliver personalised tuition to pupils in their homes or school settings across Towcester
. Tuition sessions take place during school hours
, supporting pupils who require additional educational support.
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet each pupil's individual learning needs.
- Teach core subjects, including English, Maths and/or Science, depending on your experience.
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, engagement and academic progress.
- Monitor and record pupil progress after each session.
- Work closely with schools, Local Authorities and families to support positive outcomes.
- A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience delivering the UK curriculum.
- Experience working with children or young people in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, adaptable and supportive approach to teaching.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between tuition locations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
