Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Training Officer to join the Learning and Development team. This remote role travels to Newark, Lincoln, Peterborough and surrounding areas, supporting care and education with high-quality training across the group.
You will design engaging programmes, assess learner competence, and ensure materials stay compliant and current. A Level 3 LD qualification and supervisory experience are essential, with strong IT skills and driving ability.
