Paragon Skills is expanding its Personal Tutor team to support Health and Social Care learners on Levels 2-5. The role involves delivering engaging, tailored teaching, regular learner visits, and progress reviews across a nationwide remote framework with travel for observations and team meetings.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Assessor qualification and a teaching qualification, with EPA knowledge and a proven track record in managing diverse learner caseloads. Car access is required.
