Our client is an innovative pan-African beverage business that connects top independent wine and spirit producers with the continent’s leading hospitality players. At the core of their business is a bespoke training and list-management platform that has already upskilled over 35,000 hospitality learners across Africa.
They are seeking a creative and structured Digital Learning & Engagement Manager to own the curriculum design, student engagement, and platform optimization for their digital academy.
What You'll Do- Curriculum Design: Translate technical beverage knowledge and producer stories into memorable interactive, video, and written course content.
- Drive Learner Engagement: Build a thriving community of learners using gamification, nudges, and email marketing campaigns to push course completions.
- LMS Administration: Own the day-to-day management, configuration, user tracking, and data analytics of the Learning Management System.
- Map Learning Journeys: Design progressive pathways that take hospitality staff from beginners to beverage experts.
- The Right Industry DNA: A deep passion for or knowledge of wine, spirits, and the hospitality sector is highly sought after. Knowing the realities of the hotel, lodge, or restaurant trade will give you a massive advantage.
- L&D Expertise: Proven experience in Instructional Design, digital course creation, and hands-on LMS administration.
- A Marketer's Mindset: You aren't just an educator; you're a storyteller who knows how to market a course, segment an audience, and run automated email campaigns.
- Logistics: Excellent written English skills and the ability to work from the Somerset West office 3 days a week.
