Compensation:  $40–$50/hour

Commitment:  10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Review and evaluate educational materials for clarity, coherence, and instructional alignment.

Identify how educational concepts are introduced, scaffolded, and reinforced across learning sequences.

Assess pedagogical effectiveness and provide structured feedback grounded in learning theory.

Draft clear, well‑organized explanations and analyses informed by instructional design principles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or a related field.

Strong experience in teaching, curriculum design, or learning development (minimum 2 years).

Familiarity with key education theories such as motivation, cognitive development, and scaffolding.

Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Strong attention to pedagogical structure, flow, and clarity.
