Job Description
Tutopiya is looking for passionate and dedicated tutors to join our growing team of educators. We are seeking tutors who can provide online tuition, home tuition across Singapore, or both
, depending on their availability and preferred teaching arrangement.
As a Tutopiya tutor, you will play an important role in helping students achieve their academic goals by delivering engaging, personalised, and high-quality lessons tailored to their learning needs.
Subjects & CurriculaWe welcome applications from tutors across a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to:
- Mathematics
- Additional Mathematics

Tutors with experience teaching the following curricula are especially encouraged to apply:
- IB Diploma Programme (IB)
- IGCSE (Cambridge / Edexcel)
- Singapore MOE Curriculum
- Other international and local curricula
- Conduct engaging and effective online tuition sessions and/or face-to-face home tuition lessons across Singapore
. - Deliver lessons aligned with students’ curriculum requirements and academic goals.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and student abilities.
- Support students in improving their subject knowledge, confidence, and academic performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor students’ learning progress.
- Maintain professionalism and create a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Strong academic background and excellent subject knowledge.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct lessons independently and engage students effectively.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience with IB, IGCSE, Singapore Curriculum, or other international curricula will be an advantage.
