Enrichment Lead (Grade J) Hybrid Working Full-Time 37 hours a week Salary: £51,356 – £54,495 Permanent As Enrichment Lead , you will lead the strategic development, coordination and evaluation of enrichment opportunities for children and young people across Nottingham, ensuring that all children have access to high-quality experiences that enhance their learning, wellbeing and life chances. You will build on the successes of the city's Enrichment Opportunities Project and wider Anti-Poverty Programme, providing leadership and oversight of enrichment activity delivered through schools, education partners, the Music Hub and community organisations.

Your focus will be on ensuring equitable access to enrichment opportunities, particularly for children and young people affected by poverty, disadvantage and inequality. A key aspect of the role will be leading the implementation, development and evaluation of the city's Pupil Leadership Programme, empowering children and young people to influence decision-making, shape services and develop the skills, confidence and aspirations needed to succeed.

You will champion pupil voice and participation, ensuring that children and young people's perspectives are at the heart of the city's enrichment offer. Working closely with colleagues across Education and School Improvement, Children's Services, schools and partner organisations, you will ensure enrichment activity is coordinated, inclusive and aligned to wider priorities around attendance, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and educational achievement. You will use data, feedback and evidence to evaluate impact, identify gaps in provision and drive continuous improvement.
