Bei AFC AG in Zürich übernimmst du eine neu geschaffene Führungsrolle als Senior Kursleiter:in Brandschutz & Akademieentwicklung (60–80%). Du leitest Einsteigerkurse, entwickelst praxisnahe Formate und baust das Alumni-Netzwerk aus.
Du unterrichtest selbst, bringst reale Brandschutzprojekte in den Unterricht und gestaltest gemeinsam mit HR und den Fachbereichen Lernwege sowie neue Bildungsangebote zu Zukunftsthemen wie Net Zero und Prop Tech.
