As part of the Centre for Teaching Excellence and Innovation, you'll enhance faculty development, provide consultations, and facilitate workshops tailored to the unique needs of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Your role will directly influence teaching quality and student learning within a collaborative team environment committed to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging faculty development programming
• Consult with faculty to strengthen instructional strategies
• Facilitate the onboarding of new faculty members
• Collaborate across departments to enhance teaching practices
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in educational research
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in educational development and curriculum design
• Expertise in evidence-informed teaching methodologies
• Comfortable with instructional technologies and digital platforms
• Strong commitment to inclusive teaching and learning practices
