We’re on the hunt for a Digital & Social Media Production Manager who lives for the messy, beautiful reality of getting digital assets out the door, on time, and on budget.

If you know your way around digital and social media specifications, love negotiating with suppliers, can build bulletproof estimates, and take a perverse amount of pleasure in a perfectly organized traffic schedule—we need to talk.

Hybrid position – 2 days work from home.

This role is NOT for you if:

• You think “production” means writing Instagram captions or brainstorming brand archetypes.
• Estimating costs, managing supplier quotes, and chasing down deadlines sounds exhausting.
• You need someone to hold your hand through asset specs, file formats, and digital delivery pipelines.

This role IS for you if:

• You can manage the rollout of multi-platform digital and social assets without breaking a sweat.
• You speak fluent supplier, know how to lock down a quote, and don’t let a timeline slip.
• You actually understand agency workflow, traffic management, and production pipelines.
