You've owned a transformative academic vision and delivered measurable outcomes. You've led with conviction, not from the sidelines. And in learning science, you're not an observer—you've built something tangible, produced results that validate it, and earned credibility to present that work publicly. At 2 Hour Learning, we've built a model enabling students to learn at twice the speed in only two hours per day. This is achieved through AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based progression, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom structures. The outcomes are proven. We now need a leader who can consolidate execution across varied school implementations, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in evidence-based learning science.

This is not a role for theoretical exploration. It's an executive mandate. You will own the academic strategy in action, establish rigorous standards, surface execution shortfalls, and develop elite teams to achieve tangible results. You'll convert our scientific underpinnings into operational excellence and champion this model to external audiences.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivation architecture, and application development.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to maintain alignment, accountability, and performance across school teams.
• Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and performing observations to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify high-impact obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
• Ensuring strategic alignment via planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as 2 Hour Learning's representative at senior levels, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, advancing systemic transformation in global education thinking.

• Working on standalone curriculum initiatives that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or implementation.
• Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional reputation or abstract theory to convince skeptical audiences.

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by consolidating execution across school implementations, raising leadership performance standards, and serving as the authoritative public voice for a movement founded on rigorous science and demonstrated results.

• Either an advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Cognitive Science, or a related field; or an advanced degree in another field combined with an exceptional, externally recognized record of applying learning science to improve education at scale
• At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisions
• Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.
• Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)
• Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting
