Kisimul Group is seeking a Training Officer to join our Learning and Development team, helping to develop knowledge, skills and confidence across the group. You will design and deliver training programmes, assess learner competence and support colleagues across services.
Working with operational leaders and subject matter experts, you will ensure training remains compliant, relevant and of high quality, supporting outstanding care and education for children, young people and adults in our care.
