Become an integral part of IBAC's mission as an Instructional Design Specialist in Toronto, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences in a hybrid work environment.
At the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, you will play a key role in designing professional development materials for programs like the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker course. This position requires strong collaboration with subject-matter experts to develop high-quality content that meets diverse educational needs and adheres to best practices in instructional design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging adult learning content and assessments
• Develop courses using Articulate Rise and D2L Brightspace
• Produce study guides and additional learner resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance course effectiveness
• Promote accessibility in all learning materials
Requirements:
• Degree in education or learning design
• 3-5 years of relevant instructional design experience
• Competence in Articulate Rise and LMS systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with professional education program development is an asset
