Field Agent Training and Coaching

Koltiva's Field Agent will be responsible to develop a schedule for target farmers' visits and an inspection strategy regarding to certification and verification process.

• Create work plans and priorities for visiting groups and small farmers
• Ensure that training & coaching activities run well according to the targets that have been set.
• Providing consultation and mentoring activities related to cultivation practices to farmers.
• Make weekly and monthly progress reports to supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Koltiva Agronomy Team regarding training materials
• Deliver training materials/modules in company applications.
• Provide support and understanding to farmers regarding certification preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Diploma/Bachelor in Agriculture or other suitable major
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have good time management skills
• Have knowledge in conducting training, sharing, coaching and mentoring
• Have experience in training activities and implementing Good Agriculture Practice
• Willing to be placed at the activity location according to the program period and willing to move locations as needed
• Have a driving license (SIM
  
  C) and own a motorbike.
