PSD Scotland is the national health board driving workforce development and education across Scotland, supporting national training initiatives and quality assurance. The Training Programme Director leads the Scotland Deanery's national programmes and collaborates with trainees, trainers and external partners to enhance postgraduate education.
The role is 0.5 PA (2 hours per week) on a fixed term for 36 months, with flexible UK locations and options for office, remote or hybrid working.
