Brooke Weston Trust is seeking a University Access Officer in Northamptonshire. You will work across four Academy sites, mentoring students and coordinating programme delivery with school staff. The role blends on-site school time with Fridays and holidays kept for remote work.
You will support students in progressing to higher education, manage enrolment cohorts, and liaise with Programme Manager and university partners. Regular training, DBS checks, and travel across sites are part of the role.
