Kisimul Group Ltd. is recruiting a Training Officer to join our Learning and Development team. The role is based remotely with travel to Newark, Lincoln, Peterborough and the surrounding areas, working 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will contribute to our therapeutic community approach by delivering effective training, developing staff skills and supporting ongoing professional development across the organisation.
