Role Description  The Program Manager – Theoria | Elite Research Programs is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees end-to-end management of elite research programs, including planning program timelines, coordinating with faculty and mentors, and ensuring smooth delivery of academic and research activities. The Program Manager will design and refine program structures, manage participant onboarding, monitor progress, and provide guidance on application strategies and research pathways.

Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder communication, organizing sessions and workshops, tracking program metrics, and addressing participant queries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves continuous improvement of program processes, documenting best practices, and collaborating with leadership to align program outcomes with Uni Visory’s vision.
Qualifications
Experience in program or project management within education, research, or academic counseling environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, mentors, and institutional partners.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring program performance, identifying issues, and implementing improvements.
Comfort with hybrid work models, including use of digital tools for collaboration, scheduling, and documentation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, management, social sciences, or a related field; experience with research programs or academic advising is an advantage.
