Get Further exists to support young people and adults from underserved backgrounds who left school without GCSE English and maths to gain the qualifications they need to thrive in education,workand life.

Each year,
over half of young people from underserved backgrounds finish school without these essential qualifications, limiting their access to further study, employment and the opportunities that follow.

To tackle this challenge, we partner with FE colleges and other post ‑ 16 education providers to deliver expertly designedsmall ‑ group tutoring — making high ‑ quality, personalised support available to every student, not just those who can afford it.

The Opportunity

We areseekingan ambitious, creative anddata ‑ driven Marketing Officer tomaintainour digital platforms and lead campaigns that help us reach more students by driving new and renewed partnerships with education providers.

In this role, you will design and deliver strategic B2B marketing campaigns for FE colleges, trainingprovidersand councils. You will create compelling written, graphic,photographic and video content for our digital channels, and use analytics tools to strengthen and refine performance.

You will also collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to source powerful stories from the young people and adults we support, contribute to printed materials and events, and play a key role in ensuring our external communications are impactful, consistent and aligned with our brand.

Who We’re Looking For

We’relooking for a highly motivated,detail ‑ oriented individual who is eager to progress their career in charity communications .You’llbe acreative and compelling storyteller who enjoys takingownershipof projects–from concept, to delivery, to evaluation.

You’llhave a strong commitment to delivering excellent campaigns, continuously looking foropportunitiesto refine yourwork and contribute to the wider organisationandforwardour mission.

The role offers meaningful opportunities togrow:you’lldevelop new and existing skills and take on increasing responsibility as youshape and deliver campaigns thatbenefitthe young people and adults we support.

Location: London/Remote working. For staff based in London, there are 2 core days per week at our London Office. For staff outside of London, there is more flexibility (with all staff expected to travel to the office at least once per month).

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday). We can discuss flexible working patterns, e.g., school hours, as needed.
