About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Online Course Facilitator for their Business Studies programs. This hybrid role allows for a mix of remote facilitation and occasional on-site sessions, providing a dynamic work experience. You will guide students through their online learning journey, foster productive discussions, and provide support to ensure they achieve their academic and professional goals. This position requires a strong understanding of business principles and a passion for sharing knowledge in an online educational context.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate asynchronous and synchronous online learning activities, including discussions and group projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and student contributions.
- Respond to student inquiries and offer guidance on course material and academic requirements.
- Monitor student engagement and progress, intervening when necessary to provide support.
- Collaborate with instructors to ensure course content and delivery are effective.
- Participate in occasional on-site workshops or student interaction sessions as needed.
- Previous experience as an online course facilitator, tutor, or instructor, particularly in Business Studies.
- Strong knowledge of core business concepts (e.g., marketing, finance, management, strategy).
- Excellent communication, moderation, and interpersonal skills for online environments.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to motivate and guide students effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
