• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with adolescents or young adults, preferably in a support or mentoring capacity.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, messaging apps, and online learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills tailored for virtual interaction.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with young people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and common challenges faced by youth.
