About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Educational Consultant (Early Years) to provide expert guidance and support remotely to families and educational institutions across the Sandton region and beyond. This role involves leveraging your deep understanding of early childhood education to develop customized learning strategies, curriculum recommendations, and intervention plans. You will conduct virtual assessments, provide one-on-one consultations, and deliver online training sessions to educators and parents.
This is a remote-first position that allows you to shape impactful educational solutions from anywhere, contributing to a mission of enhancing early learning outcomes through expert advisory services.
- Conduct virtual needs assessments for children and educational programs.
- Develop personalized educational plans and recommend resources for early learners.
- Provide remote consulting services to parents and guardians on child development and educational support.
- Offer online training and professional development workshops for educators and caregivers.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and present findings.
- Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as an educational consultant, curriculum developer, or early years specialist.
- Proven ability to conduct assessments and develop effective educational strategies remotely.
- Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and client management skills.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online collaboration tools.
