About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Online Curriculum Developer to design and create engaging digital learning materials. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere, contributing to the development of innovative online courses. You will be responsible for conceptualizing course structures, writing content, developing interactive elements, and ensuring alignment with learning objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong instructional design skills, excellent writing abilities, and a deep understanding of online pedagogy, aiming to create impactful and effective digital learning experiences for a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging and effective online courses and learning modules.
- Create comprehensive course content, including text, interactive exercises, assessments, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure all curriculum content aligns with learning objectives and pedagogical best practices for online delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and refine content.
- Utilize various authoring tools and platforms to build and structure online courses.
- Review and revise existing online courses to ensure relevance and quality.
- Proven experience in online curriculum development or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
