About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative Digital Learning Specialist to enhance educational technology integration within their institutions in the Randburg area. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning experiences and resources. You will work closely with educators to leverage technology effectively, support the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and explore new digital tools to enrich teaching and learning.

This position is key to driving digital transformation within the educational landscape, ensuring students are equipped with modern learning skills.

• Design and develop interactive and engaging digital learning content and resources.
• Provide training and ongoing support to educators on effective use of educational technology and LMS platforms.
• Research and recommend new digital tools and pedagogical approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital learning systems.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, with a strong focus on educational technology .
• Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning materials .
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and various authoring tools.
• Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
