We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to take ownership of tracking, performance, and strategic direction across our hospitality clients’ Meta Ads accounts. This role goes beyond day-to-day campaign management: you’ll oversee tracking accuracy, turn performance data into clear recommendations, and mentor and support junior team members. You’ll work closely with the team lead on team output and quality, stepping into client conversations when needed rather than as a routine part of the role.

Responsibilities- – Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end to meet client objectives.
- – Lead competitor research, audience targeting, Meta placements and creative-format planning to ensure effective campaigns.
- – Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to the team lead and clients based on the data.
- – Own conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM) to ensure accurate measurement across accounts.
- – Work closely with the team lead and creative team to determine the best campaign creative types and formats.
- – Prepare detailed performance reports for internal review, joining client meetings on a need basis.
- – Stay ahead of Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
- – Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- – Troubleshoot complex campaign issues and coordinate with relevant team members to resolve them.
- – Mentor junior Meta Ads executives and support day-to-day team management, including workload distribution and quality checks across campaigns.
- – Minimum 5 years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management or a similar role.
- – Strong, hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, advertising metrics, and conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GTM).
- – Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify trends.
- – Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- – Confident communication skills, with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members, and the ability to step into client conversations on an as-needed basis.
- – A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
