Senior Instructional Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging and effective learning experiences across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, multimedia development, and the ability to translate complex subject matter into accessible and impactful educational content.

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and other learning solutions using various authoring tools.
• Apply principles of instructional design and adult learning theory to create effective learning objectives and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, interactive elements, and multimedia components for learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Expertise in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
• Solid understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
