Curriculum Developer - E-learning

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and experienced Curriculum Developer - E-learning to design and build engaging online educational content. This role is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the latest e-learning technologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of online courses, from conceptualization and content creation to assessment design and quality assurance.

• Design and develop comprehensive e-learning curricula, courses, and learning materials across various subject areas.
• Create engaging content including interactive modules, video scripts, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness of content.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Evaluate and revise existing e-learning programs based on learner feedback and performance data.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-learning curriculum development and instructional design.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum design models, and assessment strategies.
• Excellent project management, writing, and communication skills.
