• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks and instructional materials for online courses.
• Create engaging learning experiences using a variety of digital tools and technologies, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and alignment with learning outcomes.
• Write clear, concise, and instructionally sound content for online modules, scripts for video production, and assessment items.
• Implement instructional design principles and adult learning theories into all curriculum development projects.
• Evaluate and test digital learning materials for usability, accessibility, and effectiveness, making necessary revisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning curricula and online courses.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
