Help shape future leaders as an online English tutor for high school students. This remote role allows you to work from home while enriching students' educational experiences.
We seek a passionate and experienced tutor proficient in English, knowledgeable of the Ontario high school curriculum. This remote position provides the flexibility to create your schedule and work a minimum of 8 hours weekly. You'll play a crucial role in mentoring students, encouraging their progress through personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate online English tutoring sessions for students
• Assess and monitor students' academic skills
• Collaborate with parents for tailored academic strategies
• Aid students in coursework, helping them excel in classes
• Be a relatable mentor, inspiring a love for learning
Requirements:
• Proficient in English with excellent teaching skills
• Bachelor's Degree or
B.Ed in a relevant discipline
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching within Ontario
• Strong grasp of the Ontario educational curriculum
• Computer and stable internet access for remote teaching
